A transpromo document is one that combines transactional data such as an invoice, statement, customer renewal or annual report with relevant, targeted promotional messages. The messages are printed on the transactional document itself and they can be printed in black and white, highlight colour or full colour.

At an individual level, the message can be an offer targeted to your customer's specific purchasing preferences. The message could also be refined by segment or customer group and it could include non-sales related information, such as helpful hints and tips, addressing frequently asked questions and reducing your call centre costs.
